At Kasu Emporium, we only accept returns if the goods are proven to be faulty before they leave our store.
All orders are carefully checked before they are sent to ensure accuracy and quality.
If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty you must notify us by email to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Please include photograph/s if you think your purchase was incorrect or damaged before it left our store.
All goods must be returned to us to the address provided by us in communication with you.
Once we have received the goods and confirmed they are faulty or incorrect a replacement of the same item will be sent unless the goods are out of stock, in which case you may wish to choose an alternative item, the option of a refund or store credit for the value of the item.
Postage costs of the original order will not be included in store credits.
Please check your fabric purchase carefully before washing, cutting or producing an item, as once this has been done a store credit or refund will not be possible.
We do not refund any items if you have a change of mind about your purchase for any reason.
If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer should raise the matter with the Courier or Post Office.
Inconsistencies in hand made items are usual and are proof that the work was done by human hands. They add to the charm and beauty of the products.
Make sure you are comfortable with a level of inconsistency before committing to buying our products.
Recycled and upcycled products
Some of our products are secondhand or made with secondhand materials (upcycled). Flaws and inconsistencies are not considered damage.
