Gift Vouchers
Only one Gift Voucher can be used per order. 
The 
Gift Voucher code must be entered at checkout in order to be activated. 
Gift Vouchers can be use to partially pay for an order and the balance will be available for a further purchase.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used with any scheduled discounts.

Fabric Details and Descriptions
Each product page includes information about the fabric: units of measure, colour, type, suitability, and so on.  Our minimum cut is 50 cm  (exceptions: cut lengths and remnants).  

Cancellation of Order
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as all orders are processed and prepared shortly after they have been received.

Understanding hand made
Most of our fabrics and other products are either hand woven, hand printed and / or hand made in traditional techniques. Minor irregularities are expected in handlooms, embroideries hand printed fabrics and all other hand made items. They are not considered flaws and makes each piece unique. 
By ordering our beautiful products, it is presumed that you accept the wonderful hallmarks of genuinely handmade articles.

The product pages often give additional information - how and where the product was made, and where possible, who made it.  The is often a link to further reading about the makers and techniques.
