This Bagh block-printed fabric was made by Umar Faruk Khatri, using traditional processes and natural colours.
This fabric is dyed naturally on the banks of the Indus River flowing through the Bagh village in Madhya Pradesh. See images of the work in progress below.
This fabric is sold in 50 cm increments, cut in continuous lengths.

Care: Always pre-wash your fabric before starting your sewing project.
Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild/liquid detergents.
Note: excess natural colours may bleed when washed for the first time. Avoid soaking for too long.
